While 2023 is winding down, at Austin Hardware, we’re working on some exciting new solutions for our customers that we will be presenting at trade shows in early 2024. Here’s a look at where we’ll be after the new year and the innovative products we look forward to sharing with you.
National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) Convention and Trade Show (Booth #711)
Our 2024 trade show season kicks off February 12-15 in Las Vegas, NV, with the NATM show, where we’ll present several exciting new Austin-engineered products. The first solution we’ll bring to NATM is our unique Drag Wheels designed to reduce damage to your trailer when it bottoms out.
Another solution we’re proud to unveil is our re-designed, lightweight Dock Bumpers that are tested to work as effectively as bumpers that are nearly twice their cost.
Also, at NATM, we’ll demonstrate our 4TH GEN line of industrial cleaning products. The line includes an industrial-strength multi-surface/all-purpose cleaner, a heavy-duty degreaser, an adhesive remover, and a glass cleaner. Each product is made of an eco-friendly formulation and performs as well as the leading national brands.
Finally, we’ll display our revolutionary ramp door assist, Safe Assist, which eliminates dangerous cables and torsion springs from ramp doors and renders the door virtually weightless. Be on the lookout for Demo Presentations and Q&A times.
National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Work Truck Week (Booth #4605)
Making a quick turnaround from NATM, we’ll be at NTEA’s Work Truck Week in Indianapolis, IN, from March 5-8, where our primary focus will be chemical products. Top-rated and top-quality sealants and adhesives for every application found in the trailer market from many of our key partners will be highlighted and demonstrated.
We’ll also have samples of our specialty formulated Eck® corrosion control that is applied wherever dissimilar metals come in contact to prevent galvanic corrosion. The non-cleaning products in our 4TH GEN line, including our adhesives applicators, anti-slip tapes, and more, will be displayed as well.

Fire Department Instructors Conference International (FDIC) Trade Show (Booth #4609)
Finally, we’ll round out early 2024 right back in Indy for the FDIC show on April 18-20. Brand new Austin-engineered products that will be a hot topic of conversation among the fire, rescue, and emergency vehicle attendees include our Bin Organizers as well as our Oxygen Bottle Lift that helps make easy work of hoisting heavy O2 bottles into ambulances.
Additionally, we’ll feature our patent-pending squad bench latch, our B-Lift hydraulic bariatric power lift that allows EMS personnel to lift patients safely, and our revolutionary LifeDefender cabinet frames that keep ambulance personnel safe from flying equipment in the event of an accident.
